电子工程师（双休+五险+餐补）

岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)：
有计划性的对老客户和新客户进行定期的交流。
Regularly engage in planned communication with existing and potential clients.
负责线束产品、连接器、电子元件等产品的客户销售维护。
Responsible for sales and maintenance of customers for products such as wire harnesses, connectors, and electronic components.
制定客户项目开发和客户维护计划，监测市场动态。
Develop and maintain plans for customer project development and maintenance, monitoring market trends.
积极与生产、市场等部门沟通协作，确保项目管理与公司整体战略一致。
Actively communicate and collaborate with production, marketing, and other departments to ensure project management aligns with overall company strategy.
建立和维护与国内市场相关的合作伙伴和客户的良好关系。
Establish and maintain good relationships with domestic market-related partners and customers.
任职要求(Qualifications)：
1.具有相关机械工程或理工类专业的学士或以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant mechanical engineering or STEM fields.
2.至少1年以上相关的工作经验。
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
3.具有较强的沟通和解决问题的能力。
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4.熟悉项目开发生命周期和常用开发工具，如Autodesk EAGLE、OrCAD、Pspice等。
Familiarity with project development lifecycle and common development tools such as Autodesk EAGLE, OrCAD, Pspice，etc.
5.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
6.对于客户维护有较高的要求意识。
High awareness of customer maintenance requirements.
7.有较强的问题解决能力和学习能力，能够独立解决技术难题。
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn independently, capable of solving technical challenges autonomously.
8.能够阅读和理解相关技术文档和规范。
Ability to read and understand relevant technical documents and specifications.
