1)Draft, improve and implement the work instructions of supplier quality control in accordance with the company's supplier list.
按照供应商手册，制订并完善供应商质量控制的相关作业指导书，并负责协调执行作业指导书。
2)Work with purchasing engineer, to be responsible for the supplier development of raw materials (including the components),OEM, etc. and sourcing new suppliers, auditing on-site quality system, equipment, techniques and quality control, new supplier's approval.
与采购工程师合作，负责开发原材料(包括零部件)，过程外协等供应商，包括新供应商的寻找，现场质量体系审核，设备和工艺能力审核，质量检验能力审核，合格供应商批准等。
3)In accordance with the requirements of raw materials, process control card and other related quality request, monitor the suppliers, and issue the correction notice to the suppliers if necessary, negotiate with the suppliers to solve the quality problems.
负责按照公司原材料标准，过程控制卡及其他产品质量要求，针对由质量部门签发的供应商不合格通知单，协调解决质量问题，必要时 要求供应商采取整改措施，并监督供应商整改效果。
4)Be responsible to negotiate with the suppliers to solve the problems like production intermit, additional work procedure and even customer's complain brought by supplier's unqualified products.
对在公司生产时发现的由于供应商产品质量问题而引起的生产中断，额外工序的增加甚至引起公司客户发生质量问题时，供应商质量保证工程师有责任尽快通知供应商，采取果断措施，迅速解决问题
5)Mentor and ask the suppliers to do the production and make the products' quality inspection as company's quality standard, go through the yearly on-site audit to suppliers.
指导并要求供应商按公司质量标准进行产品的生产和检验，每年对供应商进行一次现场审核，考察该供应商质量体系执行情况，有关整改措施的落实情况并检查是否有新的产品质量隐患，作出审核时间表及审核后的报告。
6)Keep close contact with Headquarter, and master the refreshed requirements on supplier quality control and message to all the related department and suppliers.
保持与总部联络，取得总部在供应商质量控制方面的**要求，并及时传递至公司相关部门和相关供应商
