质量工程师（双休+五险）

1)Prepare related document for new project. (Control plan, inspection agreement, part history, dimension report, OTS, PPAP, etc)
准备新项目资料。（如：控制计划，检检协议,零件履历，尺寸报告，OTS及PPAP等文件）
2)Verify，make statistic and analysis nonconformity.
不合格确认，统计和分析。
3)Carry out the process audit and product audit.
实施过程审核和产品审核。
4)Analyze the return goods and deal with the customer complaint with customer service. Draft 8D report and get approval in case of 0km and warranty complaints and claims.
退回品的分析，协助客服处理顾客的投诉。针对客户的0公里和售后投诉，起草8D报告，并得到批准。
5)Create the inspection plan and Control the measurement instrument in line.
制定检验计划和控制在线检验器具。
6)Analyze and solve the quality problems on production line.
生产现场质量问题分析处理解决。
7)Train the internal employee about quality technology.
对内部员工进行质量技术的培训。
8)Assist WCP to finish related tasks. (Finish Report, root cause analysis, risk analysis, etc.)
协助WCP完成相应的任务（如 完成报告，根本原因分析，售后风险分析等）。
9)Study and carry out BOS and customer related drawing, engineering specifications, quality requirements and engineering changes.
研究并执行宝适内部和客户提供的相关图纸、标准、质量要求和工程变更。
10)Any other works assigned by supervisors.
上级指定的其他任何工作。

Competency Requirement 能力要求：
(1)Above junior college, major or experience in mechanical field.
大专以上学历，机械相关专业。
(2)More than three years related working experience.
3年以上汽车业相关工作经验。
(3)Familiar with IATF16949, Process Audit and Product Audit.
熟悉IATF16949，过程审核和产品审核。
(4)Open minded and creative, can work under high pressure.
有创新精神，能承受压力工作。
(5)Familiar with PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC.
熟悉PPAP, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, SPC。
(6)Good communication skills with English in verbal and writing.
较好的英语沟通的能力（口头及书面）。
