Job title: SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials and products.
· Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and smooth operation.
· Develop, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
· Handle import and export customs declaration and clearance procedures, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
· Manage and coordinate logistics, warehousing, and inventory control to optimize stock levels.
· Work closely with internal departments (e.g., production, quality, sales) to support business needs.
· Monitor supply chain performance, analyze data for continuous improvement, and cost reduction.

任职要求：
· 本科及以上学历，食品科学、化学工程或相关专业优先。
· 至少2年以上采购或供应链管理相关工作经验。
· 具备**的英语口语沟通能力，可作为工作语言。
· 精通供应链管理知识，熟悉采购、物流、库存管理等流程。
· 具备处理进口报关、清关业务的实操经验，熟悉相关法规和流程。
· 出色的谈判、沟通和人际交往能力。
· 具备解决问题的能力，能够承受工作压力。

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English; capable of using English as a working language.
· Proficient knowledge of supply chain management, familiar with procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
· Hands-on experience in handling import customs declaration and clearance, familiar with relevant regulations and procedures.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Problem-solving ability and capable of working under pressure.
